Job responsibilties:

- Handle enquiries from the Front Office to ensure smooth business operation
- Handle complaints or grievances from the Front Office and look for solutions
- Coordinate internal improvements with other departments (e.g. process, new products) and come up with suggestions re. improvements of working processes and possible solutions to increase the team’s efficiency
- Coordinate and assist with implementation, testing and training of new system solutions
- Ensure preparation of monthly Management Reports, including potential follow up actions
- Coordinate and provide training to new hires and existing staff (process, system etc.)
- Analysis, harmonisation and optimisation of regional operations processes for APAC
- Creation of process documentations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Master Degree, preferable in the field related to business
- Very good Avaloq knowledge and know-how about the Avaloq processes to export, prepare and analyse data
- Ability to communicate with and translate between business and IT/Back office stakeholders. German language proficiency is a plus to facilitate communication with Head Office
- Exposure to handling stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Experience in (international) private banking
- Good problem-solving, prioritisation and decision-making skill
- Detail-orientated and self-driven person with ability to work independently
- Energetic, flexible and capable of working under time constraints
- Organized and ability to meet demanding deadlines
