Regional IT; Responsible for Overall Coordination; Status Reporting & Stability of Complex & Cross-Functional Project Oriented Work Efforts; Manages Multiple Projects Simultaneously; Leads Project Activities through Meeting Facilitation; Managing Project Scope & Communicating Progress; Assists in the Development of Business Cases; Financial Analysis & all Aspects of Costing; & Managing Project Financials; Develops & Manages Project Budgets & Spending; Drafts & Reviews Documentation in Compliance with the Fedex Global Development Process; & Ensures all Project Deliverables are in Compliance with the Fedex Global Development Process; May Develop & or Execute Test Scripts Against Requirements; Provides Mentoring for Those in Less Senior Positions

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the processes and practices of Quality Assurance across the Agile Release Train (team of agile teams), championing test automation for our Continuous Integration pipelines
- Provide technical oversight and guidance for the end-to-end test automation development team, the test automation framework team, and the test automation developers embedded on each agile team
- Ensure quality and completeness of test scenario and test case definitions by the team with Behavior-Driven Development and other modern testing practices
- Develop and execute test strategies for functional and non-functional test automation, including usability, integration, stress, performance, and resilience testing
- Train, guide, and mentor team members in quality practices and tools across the organization

**Skill Set & Qualification**
- Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent with minimum 5 years of experience in Java based Enterprise Application Development and Testing
- Minimum two years of experience as QA Lead overseeing the quality and testing practices of a software development team of 20 or more people with at least one major project implementation.
- Familiarity with microservices architectures and design patterns, continuous integration and continuous deployment, Test-Driven Development, Behavior-Driven Development, and various testing methodologies
- Hands on experience in the following or similar technology stack:

- Spring framework, Kafka, Hazelcast/Redis, Gitlab, PaaS/IaaS based cloud platforms such as PCF, AWS, Azure etc.
- Experience in Test Driven Development, Behavior Driven Development, Junit, Consumer Driven Contract Testing, Jenkins Continuous Integration and best practices of Continuous Delivery.
- Experience in RDBMS technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, Postgres and ORM technologies like JPA and Hibernate and good to have experience in no-sql database technologies such as Datastax Cassandra, Couchbase and Hadoop.
- Docker container and Kubernetes or Pivotal Cloud Foundry
- Hands-on in Linux environment
- VersionOne/JIRA, Microfocus ALM, Octane, JMeter, Postman, SOAP UI, LoadRunner, RestAssured, Cucumber, Selenium, Jasmine/Karma/Jest, TestNG
