**Job Title: OpenText AppWorks Developer**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain the **AML Case Management system**using **OpenText AppWorks**and related components.
- Implement business workflows, forms, rules, and user interfaces aligned with user requirements.
- Collaborate with **solution architects**and **business analysts**to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Develop integration components with external systems via **REST/SOAP APIs**and database connectors.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing AppWorks solutions for performance, stability, and scalability.
- Create technical design documentation, unit test plans, deployment scripts, and support guides.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with **DevOps and infrastructure teams**for CI/CD pipelines and platform reliability.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science**, **Information Technology**, or related field.
- Minimum **5 years of hands-on experience**with **OpenText AppWorks**development and platform administration.
- Strong expertise in **BPM, Case Management**, and **Process Flow Design**using AppWorks.
- Proficient in **Java**, **JavaScript**, and working knowledge of **Angular**.
- Solid experience with **Microsoft SQL Server**and database development.
- Experience using **version control systems**(e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Quick to learn new tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies.

- Familiarity with **PowerShell scripting**for automation tasks
- Exposure to containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) environments
