Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough assessments of client operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

2. Develop and implement process improvement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored consulting solutions.

4. Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

5. Analyze operational data to provide actionable insights and recommendations

6. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented strategies.

7. Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

8. Provide training and support to client teams to enhance their operational capabilities.

9. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, consulting or a similar role, preferably within a consulting firm.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
