Specialist Trade Marketing

**Main Purpose of role**: To support the Trade Marketing Function on BTL Executions (Customer and Vendor Facing), Promotions, Sales Development & Sales Analytics.

Work collaboratively with Hasbro sales team, distributors, and direct retailer customers to implement “flawless outlet execution” for all Hasbro brands by leveraging trade marketing mechanics and developing effective in-store solutions.

**Specific Responsibilities/ Tasks**:
**Planning, co-ordination, development of Trade Marketing Plan**
- Organize & execute BTL plans for FY as per Trade Marketing/Marketing alignments
- Craft & present firm-up plans for M-3 to M-6 cycles to the key stake holders monthly - as per Trade Marketing directives/brief
- Evaluate various proposal events driven by key accounts - to collaborate with the events that drive similar agendas
- Support successful execution of NPD plans by driving frequent reviews with the team to analyse and act on key sales agendas.
- Anchor adaptation of key campaign assets as per marketing brief & style guides for retail execution - within given timelines
- Develop tailor-made promotional support materials & source for premium/gwp solutions with internal/external partners
- Work closely with product, sales, key customer to ensure smooth delivery of tailor-made promotions and to identify and exploit new opportunities

**Lead the merchandising teams & distributors**
- Lead & influence merchandising teams of distributors and direct key accounts to ensure flawless outlet execution in stores.
- Adapt & cascade planograms to retailers/merchandisers for execution based on Trade Marketing direction/guidelines
- Ensure agency diligence & punctuality in reporting merchandiser performance KPI’s monthly
- Spend time in the trade with relevant parties (distributor sales teams, merchandising teams, store management etc) to train, audit and coaching to ensure flawless store execution.
- Provide guidance and management of any alternative in store activity that organized by distributor, i.e. lobby activity, sampling, demonstrations etc.

**Contribution to internal processes and sales planning process**
- Build and manage end to end BTL A&P plan basis aligned objectives with Marketing to drive campaign synergies
- Align and execute SOP for smooth A&P processing for internal teams, vendors, and key stake holders - ensuring minimum delays as per plan
- Anchor and drive monthly reconciliation of BTL A&P spends against annual budget with Senior Trade Marketing Manager & finance team
- Track & measure to evaluate all major BTL spends
- Maintain a library of POP support material of Hasbro brands, competitive brands and general examples of innovation/effective use of POP.
- Establish evaluation system on the vendor selection and reviewing, also the evaluations of trade marketing support for the campaigns.

**Experience required**:Sales, Marketing, Admin. Additional Weightage: Trade Marketing Experience

**Knowledge**:

- Understanding of sales & marketing operations
- Familiar & knowledgeable with FMCG/retail channel dynamics
- Experienced in managing agency brief/deadlines/coordination/ manpower
- Prior experience in T&G category welcomed
- Experienced in balancing between ad hoc responses to long term planning
