Description Job Overview Qingdao Seaforest Hair Products Group Co., Ltd., a leading enterprise in the global hair products industry, is now recruiting Foreign Trade Specialists for our Singapore Branch. This role focuses on developing and expanding business in Europe, America, and the Middle East markets. We offer a competitive basic salary of SGD 4,500 - 6,000 per month, along with attractive performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Join us to leverage your international trade expertise and drive business growth in high-potential global markets Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain business relationships with new and existing clients in Europe, America, and the Middle East, focusing on hair products (e.g., human hair wigs, hair extensions, hairpieces) to achieve sales targets. Conduct market research on target regions, analyze industry trends, competitor dynamics, and customer needs to formulate effective sales strategies and product positioning plans. Manage the full sales cycle: from client prospecting, quotation, and contract negotiation to order follow-up, logistics coordination, and after-sales support, ensuring smooth transaction execution. Collaborate with the headquarters’ product, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products that meet client quality and customization requirements. Prepare sales reports, track sales performance, and provide data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and improve market penetration. Participate in international trade fairs, industry events, or online exhibitions related to hair products in target markets to enhance brand visibility and acquire new business opportunities. Stay updated on international trade policies, customs regulations, and import/export procedures of Europe, America, and the Middle East to ensure compliance in all business operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Business Administration, English, or related fields. 2+ years of foreign trade experience in the hair products industry or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, with a proven track record in developing Europe, America, or Middle East markets. Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Arabic (for Middle East market focus) is a plus. Familiar with international trade processes, including document preparation (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading), customs clearance, and international logistics (sea/air freight). Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for client management and sales reporting. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, target-oriented work environment.
