We are looking for a Foreign Exchange specialist to join our global Operations & Strategy team.

This role requires to have a strong hands on experience in FX operations while also driving conversations with payment and banking partners.

Based in Europe, you will work remotely or from one of our offices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall FX strategy planning and execution, monitoring of profit and loss of all currency pairings and optimisation
- Evaluation and rollout of FX solutions/tools, counterparty trades and reporting of analysis for short-mid-term position
- Strong understanding of fund flow of various payment channels globally
- Monitoring fiat trading pairs and impact assessment across different channel providers
- Deep dive into existing FX strategy and liaison with internal stakeholders for effective reporting and reconciliation
- Identify, propose and negotiate with potential banking partners to find the best FX solution
- Lead and drive the conversation and negotiation with payment partners, banking partners and other relevant external parties
- Build up Global FX strategy and program across G10, Asia, EMEA, LatAm etc and contribute on FX risk control policies
- Generate revenue with Corporate idle fund by FX trading, and manage associated risks
- Develop quantitative models to help optimizing and back-testing of trading strategies

**Requirements**:

- At least 8 years of experience in Foreign Exchange, cross currency payments industry or Treasury product management and development
- Excellent business development skills
- Strong analytical skills and proven data management experience
- Performance and result oriented with strong business acumen
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present in a clear and concise manner
- Experience in Crypto is a plus
