As a member of our family-owned business, you will lead the strategic planning of new and existing Retail operations, and develop approaches to drive sales and customer frequency in our stores. As a Retail Sales Operations Manager, you will
- develop corporate and domestic sales by driving business performance and inspire high performance culture in our stores by proactively leading the day-to-day operations and reinforcing optimal store performance.
- define strategies for new store opening plans and implement operational processes to ensure Retail Team’s readiness and integrate compliance mechanisms for business continuity purposes and other government regulations.
- be commercially astute by analysing variances against sales to achieve planned targets and goals, with the ability to partner with internal stakeholders to manage product assortment and sales growth with realistic forecasted sales targets based on data gathered from market analysis and consumer intelligence reports.
- develop efficient processes relating to inventory and stock management and ensure that there is always a healthy stockholding.
- oversee and maximise workforce resources based on customer traffic demand and trading patterns.
- lead, inspire and motivate your Team Members to champion customer service excellence, achieve forecast results and represent Heinemann in the best possible way.

**What you should bring along**
- a Diploma in Business Administration or any related discipline with at least 5 years of practical experience in a dynamic Retail Sales environment.
- proficiency in using SAP system and Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Visio and Teams, preferably with exposure in SAP and Point-of-Sale system.
- a strong Team management, Sales and Communication skills with the ability to understand the needs of customers coming from diverse cultural backgrounds through active listening and to act on their requirements accordingly.
- ability to gather market and consumer trends and translate these data to Retail strategies, and a clear focus on achieving your goals and an awareness of your own creative autonomy.
- strong communication with a pronounced can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- a proactive, independent team player with a keen attention to details, high level of accuracy and ability to work within tight timeline.
