Job Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
- Collaborate with the director as a team to manage sales inquiries and secure new business opportunities.
- Create 2D spatial plans for each project to maximize space utilization and functionality.
- Prepare detailed BQ quotations for materials, furnishings, and labor costs.
- Conduct research to source reference materials and ensure that all materials and products used in projects meet quality and suitability standards.
- Coordinate with in-house drafters and 3D team to ensure accurate and effective execution of project designs.

Job Requirements:

- Relevant working experience in the related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Condo and Landed properties construction
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Working location: Arumugam Road, Geylang
- Working hours: 5.5 working days per week, Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm; Sat, 10am-2pm
