**Position: Operation & Post-fixture Executive at Ship Broking Company
**Job description**:

- Post fixture operations in ship-broking house
- Daily management & monitoring of vessels movements and customers coordination
- Coordinate with ship owners, charterers and brokers on vessel details, schedules and update required information for the whole voyage
- Responsible for the anticipation and calculation of Owners demurrage/post-fixture claims
- Ensure that the claims are submitted within the contracted time limit and as per Charter Party clauses
- Facilitate Owners and Charterers to achieve agreement of the demurrage or post-fixture claims
- Send reminders to Charterers to ensure timely payment of receivables
- Liaising with the operations team should there are inquiries about the post fixture operation related to the claim
- Basic knowledge of shipping operation is preferred
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when needed

**Requirement**
- Pro-active problem solving skills
- Attention to details, possess strong analytical and numerical skills
- Prior education/work experience in maritime/ demurrage / post fixture would be an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Independent and able to work in a team
- Multi task and work in a fast pace environment
- Identifies bottlenecks to propose improvements to the organization's workflow and assists with its subsequent implementation
- Good communication as he/she engages in frequent communication with Owners, Charterers, Operation and other departments in the company
