Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive timely and professional assistance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process translation orders and manage client accounts
- Coordinate with translators to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Provide quotations and follow up on potential clients
- Maintain customer records and update internal databases
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service (preferably in a service-oriented industry)
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
