**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the monthly and quarterly close processes with a focus on driving improvements (i.e. quality and efficiency of output) to enable optimal business decisions
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Responsible for the integration and consolidation of global entities
- Responsible for providing both operational and financial support to the company
- Responsible for external auditor and banking relationships
- Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of regular financial planning reports and KPIs; monthly profit and loss forecast/actual (vs. budget) and other analysis needed to effectively run the business and achieve stated financial goals.
- Coordinate fulfilment of ad hoc requests from Corporate, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop, implement and manage the company’s accounting policies
- Establish, monitor and maintain controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data, and enhance the company's value.

**Requirements**:

- Support the CFO and COO to evaluate, conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis with the intent to support data centre sales activities
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Provide financial leadership across the business in order to meet business plan targets
- Accountable for the financial objectives and policies of the company
- Work closely with the President Director, CFO and COO to prepare and manage annual budgets
