Ensure that all operations staff maintains food safety requirements according to the standards set by the company.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all rules and regulations stipulated by the government authorities are complied with.
- Carry out food safety surveillances to identify and address any potential safety hazards.
- To provide support and training workshops to all employees to create higher level of awareness and communication on food safety requirements.
- To maintain temperature logs of all storage areas, product received and supplied and of all other areas where required.
- Perform data analysis on performance standards and communicate the results of maintaining hygiene standards to operations staff.
- Assist HSQE Manager in attaining food safety management certifications and various licences required by government authorities.
- Coordinate and ensure relevant and applicable records of food safety and hygiene are maintained.
- Investigate any complaint that may be made in respect to any contravention of the standards, rules or regulations set by the company.
- Conduct and assist in regular supplier audits and inspection of products supplied.
- To respond to incidents of non-conformances/customer complaint and assist in the initiation of corrective actions.
- Support IMS policy and procedure implementation.
