Associate Trainer

**Key Responsibilities:
- Adequately prepare for each class and work with SFIC Institute administration personnel to ensure all supplies, tools and curriculum are ordered for classes.
- Monitor and control proper upkeep of training equipment, tools, inventory used as a part of teaching classes at designated workshops.
- Deliver training sessions to learners in both classroom and workshop training environment, mentoring and guiding learners, according to curriculum.
- Carry out competency assessments according to curriculum.
- Complete and maintain accurate training records.
- Reporting of trainees’ attendance, documenting and submission of administrative documents to Head, Learning & Development.
- Present the SFIC Institute in the best light at all times and ensure compliance with required standards by the Institute, relevant agencies and training venue operators.
**Requirements:
- Recognized qualification in Adult Learning would be preferred but not compulsory.
- Up-to-date knowledge and industry experience in carpentry, furniture-making and installation.
- Competent in training delivery.
- Passionate about education and learning.
- Good literacy (English and other language) and numeracy skills.
