DESIGNATION : Senior Executive (Learning & Outreach) - 1 Year Contract RESPONSIBILITIES **Overview**: **Key Responsibilities**(but not limited to the below)**: - Assist in coordinating information and communication between internal and external stakeholders related to the Art & Family preschool programme. - Pre-assign Education Facilitators' schedules based on availability and suitability, and coordinate rescheduling when necessary. - Keep track of Education Facilitators' timesheet for payroll purposes. - Prepare learning tools for the Art & Family preschool programme. - Coordinate all necessary briefings, trainings and evaluations for the Art & Family preschool programme. - Manage the Art & Family preschool programme onsite schools' visits and problem solving. - Collate survey, data entry for reporting. - Create weekly sales order for the Art & Family preschool tours and when necessary. - Manage and maintain virtual meeting platform accounts for virtual programmes when necessary. - Handle ad-hoc assignments as and when required. QUALIFICATIONS - At least 2 years of relevant work experience in an administrative portfolio, including coordination of schedules. - Keen interest in working with educators and students. - Have experience in coordinating schedules of multiple stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to manage schools' requests effectively and deliver quality support. - Demonstrated skills in managing a range of administrative processes including issuing and managing schedules and logistics. - A proactive team player who is people-oriented, meticulous, resourceful, hands-on, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to a broad audience base and diverse range of stakeholders. - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. - Must be able to work on evenings, weekends, and public holidays when necessary. - An interest in the Arts will be an advantage.
