**Job Purpose**

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Planning _
- Extract, analyse and interpret data, generate insights on business performance; Substantiate hypotheses with insights and data, relate initiatives to the bigger picture.
- Anchor on the strategic focus of the business and pilot business initiatives. Justify initiatives with insights from qualitative and quantitative data to be prioritized and/or to drive effective decision-making.
- Collaborate and build strong relationship with stakeholders across functions and facilitate discussions at different levels of the company, with the ability to shift seamlessly between strategy and execution.
- Leads new business initiatives, evaluates executions on a periodic basis; based on results, recommends, and implements modifications.
- Board Engagement _
- Prepare management reports.
- Present research findings to senior management.
- Ensure a well-coordinated discussion, by coordinating with key stakeholders and facilitating cross-team collaboration.
- Work together with Group Finance in supporting annual budget exercise.
- Support secretariat tasks and updates to senior management.
- Strategic Alliance, M&A _
- Lead strategy projects and conduct strategic analysis on a broad range of topics such as evaluate new service business models (e.g., mergers and acquisitions, joint venture)
- Qualify potential partners, mergers or products that have customer base, or potential customer base to support sustainable revenue and margin growth.
- Execute and negotiate partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners.
- Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or industry-related field.
- Possess at least 6-8 years in related strategic and/or marketing roles or industry.
- Experience in analysing and quantifying complex strategic initiatives tied to long term business growth.
- Ability to construct and deliver clear presentations to senior company executives
- Ability to look beyond individual issues to identify broader themes with wider-reaching impact.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- A natural leader who displays integrity and responsibility, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathise and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and at all levels of experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- A self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo.
- A big-picture thinker who is detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with travel for work (where required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $9,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month
