Innovation and Sustainability Senior Manager

**Job Purpose**
The Group Strategy Office is the team who is driving the exploration and adoption of new ideas, technologies and initiatives across CrimsonLogic. We integrate human-centered design principles with technology to support positive change across the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Group Innovation_
- Develop and maintain a network of influencers across the business units together with Innovation Committee.
- Build positioning across the company as a “go-to” person for innovation related discussions.
- Build interest on technology and how it supports company strategy and direction in line our innovation objectives.
- Maintain an awareness on emerging technologies and trends relevant to CrimsonLogic, in collaboration with the Innovation Committee.
- Establish and maintain relationships with agencies and stat boards, sourcing for available grants for innovation projects, whenever is possible.
- Adopt best practices to augment internal processes for external technology partnering, including agreement frameworks, IP positions, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Joint Development Agreements, Commercial Agreements etc.
- Communicate with the business units to explore their business innovation needs, facilitate resources to scope project objectives, deliverables and measures of success, stakeholder sponsorship and resource allocation.
- Sustainability _
- Assess and analyse company policies and processes to identify areas and processes to which improvements can be made in accordance with the company commitment to sustainability.
- Propose and implement strategies to address various environmental concerns including energy use, conservation, reduction of pollution, recycling, building and facility design, and general education on sustainability.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals; presents proposals to CEO, senior management, and key stakeholders.
- Evaluate effectiveness of sustainability projects, recommends improvements as necessary.
- Promote company’s sustainability philosophy to internal and external audiences.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or industry-related field.
- Possess at least 5 years of corporate, business and management experience required.
- Strong communicator with the ability to craft compelling narratives and get 360 buy-in on innovation sustainability ideas, from working level to senior management.
- Shows strategic thinking to drive innovation sustainability initiatives and is able to address the value proposition and business sense of the initiative, with an understanding of how this drives impact for the company.
- Awareness of emerging technologies and trends in the industry.
- Existing networks across government agencies and stats boards would be ideal.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $9,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month
