[What the role is]

This is a 2-year contract position as a Lecturer, Sustainability in the School of Busienss & Accountancy.

**[What you will be working on]**

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
As a lecturer, you will develop and deliver lectures, lead class discussions during tutorials, and create tests and assignments. You will also be responsible for grading student assignments and exams, participating in faculty meetings, and assisting in curriculum development.
- Deliver lectures and tutorials on sustainability management-related modules.
- Engage students in active learning through case studies, simulations, and other experiential learning activities.
- Evaluate student progress using a variety of assessments, including tests, exams, assignments, and group projects.
- Participate in curriculum development to ensure the program aligns with industry trends and academic standards.
- Advise and mentor students on academic and career-related matters.

**[What we are looking for]**
- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Professional experience in sustainability and/or business management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate classroom discussion and positively motivate and interact with students.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team of academic professionals.
- Committed to continuous learning and networking to stay current with industry developments.

Additional pre-requisite that is advantageous:

- Prior teaching experience.
