Senior Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description
**Location**: Central area
**Working hours**: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm; Sat/PH, 9am - 3pm (as per schedule)
Basic up to $3000 + AWS + Allowance + Medical/ Dental Benefit
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare quotations and process purchase orders from customers
- Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc.
- Rectify part number errors, request lead time changes to suppliers
- Liaise with stakeholders on customers' orders
- Promote Web Ordering System to customers
**Requirements**:
- Diploma holder and above
- Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing and handling of customer's enquiries
- Possess a service-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and is a good team player
- Able to work under pressure
- Meticulous and organized
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office (especially in Microsoft Excel)
