**What the role is**

**What you will be working on**
- As a member of the frontline team at the MinLaw Services Centre, your primary role will be to assess the applicants’ financial circumstances as part of their eligibility for criminal legal aid. While speaking with the applicants, you will be expected to exercise empathy and be sensitive to the applicants’ situation. From time to time, you may also be redeployed to other customer-related roles such as responding to requests for call-backs, engaging in live chats or related work.

**What we are looking for**
- Possess strong interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) - Possess good analytical skills and ability to engage with applicants of different backgrounds and circumstances - Be customer service-oriented and a good team-player - In view of the demographics of the applicants who MSC assists, the role will require the incumbent to be fluent in English and a second language. Knowledge of dialects will be useful. - Be well-organised, meticulous, and able to multi-task - Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and IT savvy
