Overview Individual Insolvency Admin/Executive (Case Admin), IIDRSD (11-month contract) – Singapore The Ministry of Law ensures a sound and progressive legal infrastructure, intellectual property infrastructure and insolvency regime, and optimizes land resources, to support national goals. You will be part of the Individual Insolvency and Debt Repayment Scheme Division of the Insolvency & Public Trustee's Office (IPTO) and handle Case Administration. What You Will Be Working On Monitor bankrupts’ compliance with statutory duties. Determine bankrupts’ payments to the bankruptcy estate. Handle general and case-specific enquiries from bankrupts, creditors, solicitors, and representations from Members of Parliament. Assess if bankrupts have movable assets. Realise bankrupts’ assets. Process bankrupts’ travel applications. Review bankruptcy cases for discharge from bankruptcy. Process payments to creditors. What We Are Looking For Key Competencies: Customer Service and Case Management – effectively deliver services, coordinate and manage service cases from request to resolution. Engaging Public and Stakeholders – reach out, educate, and mobilise citizens/businesses, stakeholders, and volunteers to support compliance. Investigating and Gathering Evidence – investigate potential enforcement violations, collect and analyse evidence, ensure proper documentation and storage according to policy and privacy requirements. Leveraging on Technology – stay updated on trends and adopt technology-enabled solutions for enforcement challenges. Managing Incidents – assess and respond professionally to difficult incidents affecting operations. Processing Cases – carry out each step of case management with professionalism and integrity. Personal Traits / Work Experience Academic training preferably in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Law. Work experience of 1 to 2 years, preferably with customer service experience. Meticulous with the ability to multi-task. Good written and verbal communications skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Energetic team player with good interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Comfortable working with figures; attention to detail; willing to deal with legal documents (e.g. judgments, Order of Court). Self-aware with a strong learning orientation. This is an 11-month non-renewable contract position. Officers appointed on short-term contracts of less than one year are not eligible for bonus payouts.
