**Insolvency and Restructuring Senior/Assistant Manager/Manager**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field;
- CA, CPA and/or CFE;
- At least 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience, including insolvency, restructuring and/or investigation;
- Proficient in detailed financial and commercial analysis and able to identify potential areas of sensitivity;
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision;
- Meticulous, analytical and must have an eye for detail;
- Strong financial, business analytical and report writing skills; and
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
- Insolvency, restructuring assignments and investigations and complex cross-border matters;
- Day-to-day management of engagements such as financial and operational restructuring, Court-appointed and voluntary liquidations, other formal and informal insolvency appointments and restructuring procedures, and accounting investigations;
- Drafting detailed, complex reports and other deliverables to clients;
- Contributing to development of best practice;
- Experience in case management and managing portfolio of clients;
- Establishing and developing relationships with potential and current clients; and
- Client facing experience from a professional services background.
