**Objectives of the position**:
The Head of Product Management and Product Marketing APAC is the driving force behind growing our business in APAC. In this role, your impact is not limited to managing our product and service offering. In addition to this, you are shaping regional activities, ensuring alignment of local activities with the overall company strategy, and developing people as well as processes to further establish LAPP in APAC.

The Head of Product Management and Product Marketing APAC is crucial to achieve the business’ short
- and long-term goals by understanding market requirements, effectively communicating with market players, removing internal roadblocks, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, coach and develop a team of product managers in strategizing and refining our portfolio
- Drive strategic initiatives and projects to further develop our organisation and business
- Design, align and jointly own LAPP’s roadmap of products and services in collaboration with the other regional headquarters (North America + LA EMEA)
- Collaborate with leaders and partners in the region to identify growth opportunities,

design appropriate plans to realise them and supervise the implementation
- Regional Gatekeeper to shape business decisions, provide guidance and support on strategy, product positioning, and other needs of the regional stakeholders
- Develop the capabilities of affiliates and partners in APAC to grow our market share
- Assesses market competition by comparing the
- company's product to competitors' products

**Skills & Qualification**
- Capable of building alliances with stakeholders across departments, companies, and countries
- Analytical thinker, resourceful and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication, presentation, and visualization skills
- Proven leadership experience to drive decentralised teams across the region
- Demonstrated cross-cultural and cross-functional effectiveness - experience in collaborating with multiple teams and across functions
- Experience in electrical / industrial products is a big plus
- Bachelor’s degree (or above) in computer science, engineering, or a similar technical field
- MBA (or other advanced degree) is a plus
