About The Role

**Role Location**: ANZ Singapore

**Role Type**: Permanent, full time

As an Associate Director, XVA Trader, you will be responsible for XVA pricing for Sales and Trading, analysing and managing the XVA risks, helping the market’s franchise business to grow sustainably. You will work with various enablement functions and business partners to facilitate robust front to back XVA operating model.

You will also be engaged with projects in compliance with future regulations such as FRTB, Libor Transition and engage in regulatory developments and market practice changes with Regulators, Front Office and enablement teams. You are expected to provide expertise and where appropriate drive key regulatory change projects ensuring XVA impacts are understood.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as a trader with a strong understanding of XVA landscape and hands-on experience in some aspects of XVAs
Strong people’s skills and experience in working across Front Office and enablement, and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders at all seniority levels
Proven experience either trading on or working with a XVA trading desk
Sound understanding of the traditional arbitrage-free valuation theory and modelling, including its current extension incorporating XVAs
Strong customer focus and ability to drive results with superior conceptual & lateral problem solving
