**Responsibilities**:

- Bring best-in-class methods to content creation, content types, content process, and ideation, including AI such as Chat GPT.
- Implement testing methodologies to optimise and adapt the content plan continuously meet KPIs such as web traffic, page views, blog engagement and social engagement.
- Strong focus on generating top-of-funnel, inbound leads, nurturing prospects in the pipeline and producing content to drive bottom-of-funnel prospects to convert.
- Scale up Content Marketing efforts to hit ambitious and exciting content output targets.
- Create a visible and transparent content marketing plan with a clear roadmap of what content will be released, when, by who and why. Thereby prioritising key pieces of information that are instrumental in conveying to our audience what we’ve been working on.
- Lead and manage a team of writers, PR and comms, and design.
- Enable SEO, Content Redistribution and Repurposing efforts to optimise existing and new content to significantly increase the amount of Google Traffic we’re getting.
- Be able to drive global content marketing efforts, including and PR related content to dozens of media partners, across numerous countries, to be able to promote our clients. You will support our translators to ensure the content reaches key markets.
- Work closely with Product and Design to ensure that content brief’s and drafts are received as well as designs to get the content published
- Be able to clearly report on the content results, including traffic, sentiment, sources, etc.
- Produce captivating thought leadership content, based on data and insights, that can be used for PR campaigns, including contributed articles.
- Provide direction to the PR team to garner regular news coverage on a monthly basis.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Web3 is desired, but not mandatory.
- 5+ Years experience as Head of Content
- You have previously worked in a Content Marketing position at a B2B SaaS company.
- The ability to write clearly, compellingly, and concisely.
- Familiarity and experience in developing multiple content formats including blogs, guides, case studies etc.
- Experience working in fast-paced B2B / SaaS environments with tight deadlines.
- Experience in creating and monitoring metrics to demonstrate how content is building awareness and driving revenue objectives.
- Strong team leader with experience in people management with the ability to set clear directions and expectations for the team and freelancers, as needed.
- Great storyteller with exceptional writing and communication skills, who can put people and customers at the center of B2B marketing content in a relatable and engaging way.
- Keen interest in how to turn data into actionable insights to inform thought leadership and compelling content to generate and nurture leads and drive monetisation and retention.
- Strong focus on performance data and metrics to continuously optimise and adapt content.
- A good eye for visually appealing content and adherence to deliver content that’s ‘on brand’ and in line with design and editorial voice guidelines.
- You have a collaborative mindset, a positive attitude and a keen interest in raising the bar.
