Drive outbound sales efforts, hunting for new business opportunities and building a strong client base, managing the pipeline from qualification to closing deals
- Establish a good marketing strategy to help the company achieve its goals.
- Ensure to meet all sales and marketing targets to ensure they meet their targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns.
- Any overtask meant to be done and assigned by the Events Director
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in events, exhibitions, or related fields
- A hunter mindset with a proven ability in outbound sales and a strong focus on generating new business.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the events or marketing industry, or a solid sales background in related fields.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
- Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets
- Strong network of contacts or the ability to quickly establish valuable connections.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the SME sector is preferred
