As Chef de Partie or Demi Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef with kitchen operations and ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented in line with the restaurant’s standards. You will help maintain consistency during service and contribute to the smooth, efficient running of the kitchen.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the required standard within your section.
- Ensure mise en place is completed and your station is fully ready for service.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation throughout all service periods.
- Monitor inventory levels for your section and assist in stock control and ordering.
- Follow all hygiene, health, and food safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth coordination.
- Maintain a clean, organised work environment and uphold kitchen discipline and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Strong culinary and technical skills in your specialised section.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food costing, hygiene practices.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and split shifts as required.
