**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

The intern will work alongside the Group Investment Management team in the development of greenfield projects and assist with on-going M&A transactions.
- To assist in the development and/or review of financial models for greenfield and brownfield (M&A) power/water energy and utilities business segments
- Assist in performing commercial viability, financial and valuation analysis
- Assist in undertaking relevant market or comparable analysis to support commercial or financial valuation analysis and to support transaction due diligence
- Assist and interface with the day-to-day development of various financing, investment review and technical workstreams
- Conduct preparation and review of materials used for engaging internal and external stakeholders

**Qualification, Skills and Experience**
- Enthusiasm and drive to be deeply involved in greenfield development, and buy-side, sell-side transactions
- Experience in energy industry would have an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
