Senior Operations Manager

**Responsibilities**:
The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the business continuity of our store operations as well as the implementation of consistent service and operational standards across all stores. He/she is responsible for the development and implementation of training and audit programmes necessary to achieve operational excellence.
The Senior Operations Manager reports to the General Manager and supports him/her in setting the culture of the Front-of-House & Kitchen team workforce under the direction of the CEO.
- Store Operations, Training & Audit _
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, working together with the Store Managers to implement consistent standard operating procedures.
- Oversee the allocation of manpower across all stores, working closely with the Store Manager to troubleshoot staffing gaps.
- Manage maintenance & troubleshooting of all IT systems, equipment and facilities.
- Manage in-store Equipment Maintenance Programme.
- Develop, maintain and implement Store Playbooks and other operational resources.
- Responsible for development and implementation of in-house Audit Programme.
- Responsible for development and implementation of in-house training programmes & initiatives for all Front of House, Bar & Kitchen Teams.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Business Management or related field.
- At least 6 years relevant work experience in the F&B industry is required for this position.
- Prior experience using POS and other F&B Management systems required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly driven & hyper-organized with strong work ethic, personal integrity and exemplary leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills.
- Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools including Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides.
