We are looking for HR Executives to join our growing team to have thorough exposure in full-spectrum of HR.

INITIA is a fast-paced and growing company in Singapore and Malaysia, ultimately you will play an important part in our Compensation and Benefits.


**THE JOB**:

- Reports to the HR Manager
- Assist in Payroll and Commission computation.
- Handle tax clearance matters for foreign employee leaving company
- Manage timely on remittance of all statutory contribution
- Checking attendance for all outlets and resolve any discrepancy issues
- Prepare employee salary (including incentive, commission and allowances)
- Ensure and manage the payroll standard reports are required by the corporate office, management and local regulatory bodies
- Assist in Recruitment and Employee Engagement Tasks
- Provide admin support and any ad-hoc duties as assigned


**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- At least 1-2 years related experience in the related field
- Accepting Fresh Graduates that are outgoing and versatile
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field
- An independent individual as well as a team player in a fast-paced environment Possess excellent written and communication skills
- Meticulous and well-organized individual
- Keeping all HR information as top confidential
