You will be a part of HPB’s Regional Health System and Community Engagement Department which leverages on partnerships with healthcare and community partners and community-based health promotion consultancy frameworks to create regional and community owned solutions to ensure good coverage and sustainable uptake of health promotion programmes that are crucial to HPB's strategic goals.
**Scope**
As a key member of **_, Regional Health System and Community Engagement _**team, you’ll have to be comfortable to put on many hats.
You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and relationship management of population-based health promotion initiatives executed in partnership with public and private healthcare providers
You will forge and develop strategic and sustainable collaborative partnerships, in both public and private sectors, to champion health promotion initiatives to address identified health needs and issues within the community.
Grow, leverage and co-ordinate appropriate and strategic people, public and private sector collaborations to support the ground-up approach for health promotion
You will empower and equip stakeholders with the relevant knowledge on implementing and advancing health promotion strategies and activities in the community.
You will co-plan, co-implement and evaluate health promotion strategies and activities with stakeholders.
- Good analytical, inter-personal, persuasive writing and verbal communication skills and exhibiting strong political sensitivity.
- Able to multi-task and handle concurrent projects; works well in a fast-paced environment effectively and independently as well as in team-based arrangements
- Adaptable to changes, proactive, dynamic, resourceful, creative, collaborative, self-motivated and a strong desire to excel.
- Identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, with ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Competent in programme data-analytics (geomapping of outreach efforts and health impact analysis), software skills, and/ or use of technology to advance health promotion efforts in the community.
