You will be a part of HPB’s Regional Health System and Community Engagement Department which leverages on partnerships with healthcare and community partners and community-based health promotion consultancy frameworks to create regional and community owned solutions to ensure good coverage and sustainable uptake of health promotion programmes that are crucial to HPB's strategic goals.
**What you will be working on**
Scope
As a key member of, Regional Health System and Community Engagement team, you’ll have to be comfortable to put on many hats.
Handling 2 key portfolios, namely Community Outreach and Health Ambassador Network, you will:
- Liaise and coordinate with HPB’s community partners in implementation of HPB programmes
- Coordinate internally with programme leads and vendors to implement HPB programmes smoothly on time
- Manage feedback to improve the implementation of various HPB programmes
- Maintain an updated list of partners’ details and their uptake of HPB programmes
- Plan and coordinate within HPB’s various divisions in the deployment of Health Ambassadors
- Develop deployment initiatives leveraging on HPB’s external partners’ programmes
- Engage and coordinate with Health Ambassadors in the development of deployment initiatives
- Implement regular engagement sessions among Health Promoting Managers (HPB staff) and Health Ambassadors to foster deeper relationship
- Support all Health Ambassador Network events by coordinating with the Health Ambassadors and staff
- Collate weekly progress update report
**What we are looking for**
- Good analytical, inter-personal, persuasive writing and verbal communication skills and exhibiting strong political sensitivity.
- Ability to multi-task and handle concurrent projects; works well in a fast-paced environment effectively and independently as well as in team-based arrangements
- Adaptability to changes, proactive, dynamic, resourceful, creative, collaborative, self-motivated and a strong desire to excel.
- Able to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, with ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Competency in programme data-analytics (geomapping of outreach efforts and health impact analysis), software skills, and/ or use of technology to advance health promotion efforts in the community (advantageous).
