We provide consultancy and capacity-building services in social impact assessment and education, mainly for businesses, non-profit organizations, schools and public institutions etc.

Since we started in 2015, we have worked with various corporate companies, foundations and non-profit organisations on diverse projects such as Impact review for corporate social responsibility programmes, Fundraising Strategy Review for a Thai-based non-profit, a Youth Needs Assessment Study for a Singapore based non-profit and various social sector research such as state of philanthropy and social enterprises in Singapore, Myanmar and China etc.

**Job Description**:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop Qualitative Research Skills:

- Learn how to conduct literature reviews, synthesize research findings, and analyze qualitative data.
- Gain hands-on experience in coding and interpreting interview transcripts.
- Develop Quantitative Research Skills:

- Utilize statistical tools and software for data visualization and reporting.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events and workshops.
- Assist in logistics management, attendee coordination, and post-event evaluations.
- Content Creation and Social Media Marketing:

- Develop engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
- Contribute to creative campaigns and strategies to increase online presence and audience engagement.
- Enhance Writing and Communication Skills:

- Draft and refine written materials, including articles, reports, proposals, and correspondence.
- Ensure clear, concise, and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support Business Development Efforts:

- Assist in creating presentations, proposals, and pitches for prospective clients or partners.
- Contribute to identifying growth opportunities and developing strategies for scaling initiatives.
- Outreach and Partnership Communication:

- Support outreach efforts to engage with potential partners and stakeholders.
- Manage communications, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities with external organizations.
