**_Main Objectives of the Role: _**
Coordinate with the planning division in structuring course planner in line with demand sensing and target to achieve for different programmes.
- Class confirmation (at least 3 to 5 days before course date) with mínimal (less than 10%) class cancellations.
- Coordination with team lead for the required specific activities to boost course registration in-flow.
- Identifying and building relationship with prospective customers
- Collaborate with Team Lead to achieve team targets for all programmes
- Achieve set enrolment targets under assigned programme groups
- Achieve excellent customer satisfaction
- Other Business Development, Sales and Admin. related tasks

**Customer Service**:
- Provide excellent customer service at all times to make trainees/visitors feel welcome
- Scheduled Telephone Operator Duty - responding to call inquiries
- Provides accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries for related Programmes offered by Eduquest
- Ensure course registration is done in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy of the attendees’ details by filling up the complete registration fields and collecting outstanding course fees before the course commences.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team in implementing sales and marketing initiatives to promote courses offered at Eduquest including outreach efforts to all existing as well as potential new customers by relationship building through various outreach efforts such as Cold calling, EDMs, Mailers, Flyer Distribution, Course Previews, Roadshows and etc
- Look out for new customers to fill up the classes scheduled for these courses thereby increasing the class fill up rate and avoiding the cancellation of classes
**Course Administration**:
- Assigned Campus Door opening at 8.30am during all working days
- Provide administration support in pre and post follow up of the courses, which includes handling of: Trainee Registration as per SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and Committee for Private Education (CPE) compliance requirements
- Update Finance payments modes to get Invoice & Receipts
- Prepare Letter of Attainment
- Follow up and arrange with Absent and/or Not Yet Competent trainees to come for their class/reassessment
- Prepare for documents (Record of payment, Health Declaration, where applicable, Attendance sheet, Registration Forms, Transfer Form, Previous Certificate Learner Guide) for the class
- Arrangement of refreshment for training classes as and when needed
- Assist to handle any other tasks assigned by the supervisor / management from time to time
- Cover duty for other Course Administrator at other campus
- Campus management including logistics stock (Learning and Assessment Materials, Ingredients) in coordination with respective departments.
**Co-Team Lead (Other Programmes)**:
- Course planning for different other modular programmes.
**_Key Performance Indicators _**
- Received course enquiries are attended and responded within 1 working day (24 hours)
- Attend to assigned intakes as soon as the registration count reaches 8 and/or at least 3 days before the Course commencement date, whichever is earlier
- Class confirmation status to be finalised at least 3 working days before course commencement date, excluding Sundays and public-holidays
- Canceled intakes Registrations should be moved to the upcoming intakes on the same day
- Minimum 90% of leads should be converted to confirmed enrolment
- 100% accuracy in course administration, including special projects
- 100% Absent and/or Not Yet Competent trainees to come for their class/reassessment
- Achieve team target of at least 300 Other modular course enrolments per month
- Minimum of 200 course credit points per month under the assigned programmes
- Absentees rate lower than 0.5%
- Minimum average class enrolment size not lower than 13 for Food Safety Courses and 10 for other modular programmes
- Minimum of 4.5/5 average ratings of feedback from clients for administration support
- Minimum of 2 new corporate clients are inducted per month

- Educational level of at least Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in any field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular MS Word and MS Excel will be essential
