**Job Description**:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our service using standard scripts.
- Asking and answering questions to understand customer's requirements.
- Direct prospects to the sales team when needed.
- Keying in records of call and sales note.
- Performing other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers.
- Persistence: High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Diploma and above
