We are seeking a dynamic **Sales and Marketing Executive** to play a key role in driving client engagement, promoting our courses, and supporting our growth initiatives. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Schedule and lead client meetings to effectively promote our courses and services.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales Tracking & Reporting**: Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team and other departments to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive growth.
- **Ad-hoc Tasks**: Assist with various sales and marketing projects as needed to support business objectives.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with clients and team members.
- **Sales-Driven Mindset**: A passion for sales, meeting targets, and achieving measurable results.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: Focused on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Proficient in tracking data, analyzing trends, and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- **Team-Oriented Attitude**: Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to a dynamic team environment.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least **GCE 'N' Levels** or above.
- At least **1 year of sales/marketing experience**.
- **Class 3/3A Singapore License** is an advantage.
- **On-the-job training** will be provided.
- **Singaporeans & PRs** are welcomed to apply.
