The core purpose of the role is ensuring Vendor-supplied Equipment, Bulk materials or Packages adhere to company quality standards. The person in this role will be responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of quality problems, maintaining compliance through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions documentation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinates with vendors, third party Inspectors, Procurement department and Package Manager to ensure the parties have clarity on specific quality requirements and standards, and to arrange FAT, final Inspections, etc.
- Attend/Witnesses FATs and Packages inspection where necessary, carries out or participates in inspections and audits (with IVB or pre-ops where required) for compliance requirements to monitor implementation of compliance requirements.
- Monitors non conformances, Punch lists, quality reports to ensure timely delivery and resolves non-conformance issues especially when vendor is not performing according to the requirements.
- Participate in vendor's kick-off and pre-inspection meetings,verifies the Vendors Procedures, Vetting and approving as necessary, to validate the approriate quality of product.
- Liaise with other relevant parties on expected quality standards, including statutory and regulatory compliance, prepare regulatory compliance matrix with assistance of Supervisor and Project Quality Manager to understand project's compliance.
- Manages or develops solutions to non-recurring problems by analyzing, interpreting and evaluating various precedents and data in Liaison with other teams.
