Singapore FAC ASSURANCE PAC Full time

An ATO firm that support SQP program.
We are a fast-growing certified public accounting firm offering a full range of assurance and advisory services including auditing services, taxation, corporate advisory, consulting, bookkeeping, corporate secretary and company formation services for local and international clients. **Responsibilities**:
**1.**Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client shipping needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels.

**2.**Shipping & Logistics Coordination**:

- Plan and schedule shipments in accordance with customer requirements.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal logistics teams.
- Monitor the progress of shipments and provide updates to clients.

**3.**Documentation and Compliance**:

- Prepare and verify shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, packing lists).
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and company policies.
- Handle import/export documentation and related certifications.

**4.**Sales & Business Development Support**:

- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales efforts.
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to grow account revenue.

**5.**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Generate regular reports for clients and management.
- Analyze trends and suggest process improvements.

**6.**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with operations, warehouse, and billing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Coordinate with the finance department for invoicing and payment follow-up.

**7.**Problem Solving**:

- Handle shipment delays, lost cargo, or damage claims.
- Provide quick resolutions to minimize client impact

**Requirements**:

- Diploma & Above
- Mature, responsible, adaptable, flexible, strong analytical skills and committed
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of Chinese & English in both written & spoken to liaise with Chinese speaking foreign associates.
- Salary will be in accordance to experience and qualifications

**Others**
- Working hour from 9am to 6pm
- 5 days week
- Near City Hall MRT Station
