**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**
- As a student undertaking bachelor’s degree or master degree.
- Detailed oriented, good working attitude and willingness to learn.
- Having good analytical skill
- Must be very good working with excel, using advanced formula
- Familiarity with Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI would be an advantage
- Team player

The person will be based out of Organon office or be working from home depending on Covid Pandemic related guidelines issued by Organon entity in the country.

**LEARNING OUTCOME**

The incumbent should be able to gain exposure to working in Commercial Finance Division of a fortune 500 Pharma company. The role offers hands-on experience in dealing with data collections, financial analysis, financial reporting as well as collaborating with internal finance stakeholders and commercial stakeholders that would enable sharpening of communication and collaboration skills as well as learning how to negotiate to achieve a win-win solution for day-to-day problems.
