**Job Brief**
We are looking for an experienced International Commercial Director to add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities. You will keep abreast of trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to senior
stakeholders. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills. You will also be a creative strategist with excellent organizational abilities.
You will be working in an international environment and playing a pivotal role in promoting and expanding Blackbox’s commercial activity that will generate revenues
and lead to sustainable growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
- Oversee market research and data analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (e.g., expansion, business development)
- Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met and even exceeded
- Acquire, build, and maintain profitable partnerships with key clients and stakeholders (new and existing)
- Ensure a collaborative approach with strategic clients who are common targets of different areas of the Blackbox business
- Collaborate with the teams in Blackbox to maximize win rates in line with commercial best practices and profit guardrails
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
- Spot commercial opportunities to further build out our solution portfolio

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a commercial director or another relevant role; prior experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients is a plus
- Proven organizational, leadership, and people management skills, with experience leading a geographically distributed team
- Solid experience in defining and executing highly effective commercial strategies and plans, meeting and often exceeding set targets
- Strong client and project management skills and proven ability to navigate a fluid and dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong understanding of decision science solutions including market research methods and analysis
- Strong knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- Able to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels; willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- BSc/BA in business administration, finance, marketing, market research, data science, or relevant field is ideal; MSc/MA is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month
