OpenBlue OpenBlue: This is How a Space Comes Alive
**What you will do**:
- Leading and supervising the day-to-day operations of the Service Delivery Administrators (SDA)
- Hiring, training and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
- Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Monthly computation of various Operational reports to track aged items and prompt closure
- Monthly review and updates of the financial reports with the actions identified to close aged items
- Monthly run of the Overtime cum allowance report and Quarterly run of the Incentive program to payroll team
- Monitor parts arrival status to facilitate quicker withdrawal to achieve faster turnover
- Working with Accounts Receivable Team on resolving customer payment issues arising from documentation concern
- Coordinating with couriers, sorting/ distributing incoming letters, faxes and forms
- Organizing business lunch in when required
- Processing of ad-hoc orders under Sales Order/ Project System module when necessary
- Tracking of the team KPI deliverables to ensure requests are processed in timely manner
- Data Entry/ Filing
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
**What we look for**:
- Diploma / Degree Holder
- Proficient in English with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power point)
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Preferred with experienced in SAP/ Baan/ Iscala
