Our client is a well-established global corporate bank and they are currently seeking a Fund Finance Assistant Manager to join their team. The main role of this position is to structure, execute and monitor fund finance transactions, assist in strategic planning and implementation of fund finance initiatives, and support ad-hoc tasks and projects covering various elements of fund finance business.
【What you will be working on】
- Review and negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
- Facilitate documentation and coordinate closing process with the legal counsel and operations.
- Manage interim loan administration and support ongoing client coverage.
- Review periodic monitoring reports and perform credit surveillance of loans on book.
- Conduct market research and analysis to help expand the APAC fund finance business.
- Perform any other tasks as reasonably assigned by the Line Manager.
- ** Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s Degree holder or above in a relevant field from a 4-year college or university.
- 4 years of working experience in fund finance, structured finance, or corporate finance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Possesses excellent analytical and financial analysis skills.
- Solid knowledge of financing standards, including due diligence, accounting, and documentation.
- Understand internal policies and procedures, including those of credit, employment, compliance, conduct, etc.
- ** Working Hour**: 8:50 ~ 17:30
