**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Provide sales and administrative support to manager in day to day duties
- Maintaining a high level of customer service quality to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Actively contributing to the achieving of the sales objectives
- Follow-up enquiries with local and overseas clients, and quotations
- Preparing of quotation based on customer requests
- Generate quotation, purchase orders (PO), sales orders, invoices, delivery orders (DO), Handover Form, purchase requisitions, work orders, payment and sales reports
- Coordinating with operation / purchasing / accounts to expedite on-time deliveries to customers
- Performs another sales or admin related ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least O Level, Diploma or relevant qualifications
- Customer service oriented and have a great sense of urgency
- Able to work independently as well as in a team and willing to learn
- Proficient in MS Office
- Best with social media skills
- With or without experience
- Must be willing to learn.
- New Business Office will be Located in the North “Woodlands-Admiralty”
