**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Employee Handbooks (Regional): Collaborate with CoEs, conduct thorough research on labor laws, regulations, and cultural norms in various APAC countries to draft clear and concise policies and guidelines to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is reflected in each handbook. Once drafted, seek input from employees and managers to ensure the handbooks address their needs and concerns.
- Learning & Growth (Global): LinkedIn learning content curation for assigned functions. Development actions validation to ensure 70:20:10 in Envu’s performance management platform. Partner with global CoE to explore and propose learning platform/options for China.
- Employee Engagement (Regional): Design, plan and execute 1-2 employee engagement events in APAC (virtual).
- Compliance (Regional): Work closely with our HR and legal teams to compile a resourceful and user-friendly toolkit that provides accurate and up-to-date information about labor laws, regulations, and best practices for each APAC country (main acts and an audit sheet/process).
- Managed tasks related to additional assigned projects

**Key Working Relations**
- Internal: People, Culture and Communications team, Employees
- External: HR operations partners, payroll partners, legal partners and platform/events partners

**Qualifications & Competencies**
- Degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field).
- 0-2 years’ experience in any field of human resources management or currently pursuing a degree.
- Strong initiative, learning agility and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages spoken in APAC countries is a plus.
- Independent research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
