**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee employees on-boarding process, conducts orientation and develop orientation materials, conduct exit interview process
- Handles staff disciplinary issues, grievances or any other issues arising from operations and business units
- Takes charge of all letters to be issued to employees
- Liaise and work closely with institutions for internship collaboration
- Plan, monitor and assess HR activities to ensure all legal compliances are met
- Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business directions
- Work-pass related matters inclusive of Application, Follow-up, Appeals, and to support on areas of regulatory/MOM reporting
- Submission of government-paid claims such as NS claim, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Training Grants
- Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to employees and managers
- Assess, review and recommend updates on company policies constantly
- Monitor and review costs in relation to HR aspects
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in HRM or Business Administration preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Well-versed with Employment Act and updated with statutory compliances
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent and meticulous

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
