- What You’ll Be Doing:

- As an intern, you’ll be working closely with experienced professionals and will be involved in tasks such as:

- Assisting with shipping documentation (BLs, stowage plans, cargo declarations, etc.)
- Supporting day-to-day operations of every vessel at sea & in Port
- Monitoring of fleet vessel movement / performance within CP description
- Liaising with Charterers / ship managers / Manning agencies
- Helping with data entry, reporting
- Participating in team meetings with ship Managers and learning sessions

**Job Requirement**
- What We’re Looking For:

- Students currently pursuing a Diploma in Maritime Business (DMB) at Singapore Maritime Academy (SMA) and seeking internship for next term.
- Eagerness to learn and strong interest in the shipping industry.
- Good communication skills (written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Starting around August / September 2025, for about 3 to 6 months.
