Summary

We are searching for a meticulous Specialist, Corporate Finance & Reporting You will be part of the finance team and will be involved in the various areas of the airline passenger revenue accounting.

**Job Description**:
Collection reconciliation- Timely end-to-end reconciliation between sales (from reservation system), collection (from various acquirers) and settlement (from bank statements);- Monitor and manage the collection related work done by outsourced vendor to ensure that the KPI targets are met;- Conduct quality control check on the collection related work done by outsourced vendor to ensure that it has been processed accurately and promptly;- Investigate and liaise with various internal departments / acquirers / banks in event of discrepancies;- Prepare necessary accounting entries to record the sales and collection;- Monitor and ensure prompt settlements from various acquirers;

Passenger interline and ticketed sales- Timely and accurate processing of interlines billings and various types of rejection billings to/from other airlines according to IATA RAM rules and interline agreements.- Reconciliation of various revenue accounting suspense accounts- Clearance of revenue accounting system pending errors, as part of internal controls to identify sales anomalies and erroneous sales/ticketing practices.- Perform of month-end closing activities for revenue accounting.- Monitor and ensure assigned revenue accounting suspense accounts are accurate.- Liaise and support of external and internal audit requirements.- Prepare of audit schedules.- Address queries to resolve issues relating to revenue accounting operational matters.- Carry out investigation on passenger booking, and identified by the revenue accounting system as exceptions, with a view to detect and recover revenue leakages and/or identify lapses in processes for follow-up actions.

Ad-hoc- Be involved in implementation of new revenue accounting system.- Identifying key processes to improve on to improve efficiency.- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Good inter-personal and communication skills.- Self-driven, able to work independently and in a team, and perform well under pressure.- Well organized and meticulous- Proactive and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
