We're looking for a passionate and driven **Account Specialist **to join our team In this dynamic role **, **you'll be the dedicated point-of-contact for assigned clients, acting as a strategic partner who cultivates strong, long-lasting relationships.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Build trust and become a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and exceeding expectations at every turn
- Uncovering client needs and objectives, ensuring their success is your top priority
- Cultivate and nurture long-lasting client relationships, fostering trust and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Approach challenges with a proactive mindset, finding timely solutions while adhering to company policies
- Work seamlessly with internal teams to align efforts and deliver a unified customer experience
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities

**Who You Are**:

- At least 2 years of experience in account specialist or client success, with a passion for building long-term client relationships
- Passionate about B2B sales and driven to achieve revenue goals
- Strong administrative skills, documentation skills, and follow-up are your forte
- Collaboration is key for you, and you thrive in an environment of open communication and teamwork
- Comfortable conversing and handling client inquiries in Mandarin
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
