We are in search of a talented Sommelier to join our team and play a crucial role in curating exceptional wine experiences. **Responsibilities**:

- Curate an extensive and diverse wine list to complement our luxury dining concepts.
- Assist guests in selecting wines that enhance their dining experience.
- Conduct wine pairings to create unforgettable culinary moments.
- Train and educate the staff on wine service and presentation.
- Manage the wine inventory and ensure proper storage conditions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging wine regions.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Sommelier with a strong knowledge of wines and wine service.
- Excellent palate and the ability to recommend wine pairings for diverse dishes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Proven experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury dining establishment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic demands of the industry.

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
