**About AWST**:
Join an exciting and well-funded seed-stage web3 startup that is changing the world on how brands and businesses connect and value-add to its consumers. We build the backend infrastructure for businesses that are adopting NFTs, we help them build interactive features such as; employee benefits, ticket access for events/ concerts and museums, access private spaces with NFT lock access (hotels, cars etc) and many more exciting projects lined up.

We raised USD2+ million and are backed by some notable names in venture capital. We have founded and successfully ran multiple businesses amongst the founding team. Our clients include brands in the hotel industry, SWITCH, National Gallery, etc.

**The Role**:
As part of the CEO/founder’s office Associate, you’ll be responsible for working closely with the executive team to drive key strategic initiatives across the organisation. You are a self-starter and independent thinker with exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of handling highly sensitive and confidential information while supporting a rapidly changing organisation.

- Client Success
- Product Operations
- Strategic Development
- Project Management
- Working directly with the founders to solve key product problems and develop new revenue channels.
- Conducting customer development conversations, carrying out market and industry research, and iterating on product-value propositions with live customers to arrive at product-market fit.
- Building and establishing powerful business and data partnerships that can drive the growth of our products.
- Building a partner ecosystem that can help us in shaping our product roadmap and unlocking growth opportunities.
- Bringing together our existing product offerings and designing new ones to drive key business metrics for the company.
- Researching, modelling, evaluating, and planning go-to-market strategies.
- Working closely across multiple functions (product, growth, sales, and engineering) to optimise and execute strategic partnerships.
- Developing and building relationships across the ecosystem to further help us strengthen our business.
- Manage delivery resources in implementation of the project scope with cross-functional teams and clients
- Facilitation of requirements gathering and managing end to end project delivery for clients

**Requirements**:

- Either fresh graduate or up to 3 years of experience, looking to wear multiple hats.
- Self-starter, who works well under pressure and ambiguity.
- Exceptional communication skills with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Entrepreneurial and constantly looking to solve problems.
